Last December I made cranberry sauce with my ESL classes. It is delicious, although I am slowly putting in less sugar and syrup. I have got to tell you, it is GREAT (as in “Tony the Tiger” great) on my porrigde in the morning. The sour just adds zing to the day! Try it!
Anyways, the weight is not coming as I’d like it to. This sucks, but I know where the problem is – nights, after work. My “chronic care” nurse is adamant that I work on this. But it is so, so hard, because I’m so, so, so tired at the end of the day, but I can’t just go to bed.
On the plus side, I have continued to move at least 5 minutes every day, and I’ve only missed one day on the “green” stuff. I will have a salad and some homemade soup for a late lunch, since I didn’t have my porridge till 11:30. I’m trying to wait until I’m really hungry.
