Weekly Weigh in:

Success on the Golf Course:  I completed all the tasks this week!  We may have to add a “hole in one” for larger losses.

Weight Loss:  Wow!  I lost 5 pounds this week.  I am sure it’s because I am finally “Writing my Bites” and making decisions based on what I see there!

My Fitness Pal:  7 days running.

I have a great life (most days) and a small budget, so being frugal is one of my favourite hobbies. I started this blog after procrastinating for 3 months, on April Fool's Day.
