Blame it on the Moon?

I should really be working on something else, but I t hought I had better report back here on my day.

Full Moon HDR

Everything went according to plan until my afternoon break.  Then it seemed like I just needed to eat something sweet.  Grapefruit does NOT cut it at moments such as these.  Fortunately we have a little machine that dispenses a small amount of chocolate if fed a quarter. I fully believe that the full moon is responsible for this!

After work I went to Value Village and bought some pants – I think I should have bought 18’s (I bought 16’s and it was quite funny watching me try to get in them – especially the Land’s End jeans I  bought!)  However, I have a destination in mind – and they are both hanging in my closet!  I also bought a very cute little onesie for my grandbaby to wear when she comes to visit!

So I did a good workout this morning – a 15 minute walk on the treadmill.  But all of a sudden 3.5 mph seemed too slow – so I moved to 3.6 mph. Another change!

Weightwise, the downward trend moves on- 226.5.  I wonder if that’s why I feel like eating more!

See you tomorrow!

About Marcia Stehouwer

I have a great life (most days) and a small budget, so being frugal is one of my favourite hobbies. I started this blog after procrastinating for 3 months, on April Fool's Day. I knit, I read, I knit, I work... I am also about a quarter of the way through my goal to lose 100 pounds. So between knitting, working, reading etc., I also do some walking!
