Today is a holiday of sorts in Alberta, so I’ve been home all day. Of course that also means that the gym doesn’t open until 8 am. By which time I had already done a whole lot of stuff.
My bedroom was a quasi-disaster area as I had begun cleaning and decluttering my room. It looks much nicer now.
I had also shovelled a lot of snow. It seemed pretty easy to just do everyone’s sidewalk this morning – the snow was so light and there wasn’t too much of it. By the time I got to the gym, I was pumped.
So, we’ll weigh in on Wednesday. I’ll be hitting the gym later than usual since I am off to Edmonton tomorrow.
All that to say that a day off doesn’t always make for a great day diet-wise. My meals were great. Day two of the buddah bowl and it was still delicious. But I think I’m going to get low sodium soya sauce – and probably make less dressing next time.
It’s the snacking in between that is getting to me – muffins, a sandwich, some dried mango…. All perfectly acceptable, just not too many of them.
We’ll see how tomorrow goes!
