I’ve created a bit of a routine in the evenings – a cup of hot chocolate and 4 prunes just before bed. I like prunes.

Tonight I did everything I needed to do – which didn’t give me much time for eating. I’ve got some soup in the crock-pot. Laundry soap is made and cooling. The hedgehog is bathed and crunching.
All in all, I’m glad to report a day with no eating regrets!
