When will I get back on track?  After 7 days straight at work, and two days of classes and then 5 more days of work, I am in the middle of a very stressful time.  Exciting but stressful.

Needless to say, my sleep is suffering.  That, as you already know, has a miserable affect on my eating and spending habits.  Suffice it to say that I am really wanting to get things in order in my life.

So, to be quite honest, there seems to be a lot more on the negative side today.  I did have soup, and a good breakfast, but I didn’t have time for lunch and I ended up with more coffee than I should have.

But then, someone on Facebook shared this picture and it made me smile.

Don't forget what's important!
