Yesterday had so little to redeem itself – except that I managed to stay away from peanut butter!
Wednesday, Feb. 1st, 2012 started out well – with a great menu plan, sliced cucumber (I had that with breakfast today) the soup I’d made in the crockpot – and I promise I will post about that too, but not today. I’m still too tired. Most of what I brought to work is still there for today’s enjoyment. What I lacked yesterday was sleep!
I borrowed this from Microsoft Office because it had the time I’ve seen twice too often this week (and in the middle of a 7 day stretch of work!) I was tired on Tuesday and I was tired yesterday. I’m still tired today, although I say 4:30 am. this morning and managed to sleep another hour!
All this to say… SLEEP MATTERS! and it matters alot! Yesterday I didn’t care about anything except staying awake. And staying positive. My eating suffered. I don’t think I had too many calories, but they were certainly not beneficial to my body (except breakfast!)
Today, Thursday February 2nd, is a new day. I’ve got my plan and I’m not changing it. The only change is the second cup of coffee I’m enjoying this morning!
Time for homework! See you tonight (if I’m not too tired!)
