Does blogging help? I think so. It forces me to be honest about what’s good and not so good along the journey. There’s always something that doesn’t quite go according to the PLAN… Not that that’s always a bad thing – but I really didn’t need the chocolate bar at the end of the day either. I did enjoy it though! I think I will get my shopping done early in the morning, so I won’t be near the checkout right after work (one of my weak times.)
Highlights: the workout, breakfast, lunch and supper. I also cooked up a batch of rice and some broccoli for supper tonight. That’s a positive step towards getting supper under control.
Lowlights: The snacks in between – I’m going to watch that more carefully. It’s okay to say “No, thank-you!”
