I don’t know why I was so resistent to using a grocery list, but I really like mine! I googled “grocery lists” and found some really nice ones – but they were either too long, too complicated, or didn’t suit my shopping style! So I created my own, based on the departments in the store, making sure that I have a lot of room for the produce department!
Grocery List I checked the link and it works. Maybe it will help you. Everything I bought was on the list – there was nothing on it that shouldn’t be on it – which sets me up for a good week, if I don’t get too antsy at night.
Pluses: The usual good breakfast, lunch and supper (Sushi before the shop), a good work-out and lots of fun at work.
Minuses: A bit of a stressful night, a piece of crispy chicken, baked but still…, a bit of chocolate (if it’s free it’s also calorie free isn’t it?) and just now a banana with peanut butter. (Only because I’m trying not to eat carbs later in the evening.
