I’m thinking I need more original titles, but then I think that the purpose of this blog is to summarize my day in terms of moving forward towards my goal.
Lose 1 pound: done ( I now weigh 227 pounds)
Show up at the gym: done. But I can’t seem to save my chart as a picture, which would allow me to show it to you. As a pdf. it comes through as a link – which is okay but tedious.
Suffice it to say, I did go to the gym and I’m happy with my results.
Today I did pretty good – a great spinach salad with chicken, for lunch. Also some protein with my breakfast – an egg before I left for the gym. But right now I want to eat carbs – olliebollen for sure. I’ll be glad when they are gone!
