I was going to take pictures of my meals, but I couldn’t find my camera.
Breakfast: 2 cups mixed vegetables, mostly beans, frozen and 2 chicken thighs, very small but freshly cooked in my slow cooker. Very nice. And a hot chocolate without marshmallows.
Snacks: muffins, carrots, and two cookies. I was in a fair amount of pain today and by 3;30 I wasn’t in the mood for healthy!
Lunch: Soup, a muffin, carrot sticks, banana
Supper: Mashed potatoes and ham.
Late night snack – not yesterday’s too much chocolate. I have to solve my night time eating. It will have me gaining instead of losing a pound.
On the exercise end of things I had a good workout on the treadmill. Looking forward to weights and machines tomorrow.
