Today I sowed:
- 13 minutes on the bike, and my weights routine. I’m doing 30 or 50 pounds, depending on the machine, and upped it to 11 reps this week. Sore deltoid muscle wasn’t helpful.
- No snacks bought at work. Just on sale chicken and another bag of Meyer Lemons! Love them in water.
- A good breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Today I reaped a weight of 227 on the scale, and a sense of accomplishment in that I didn’t buy any junk. But I also reaped the uneasy sense that my hot-chocolate and whipped cream (a post-posting snack) will have some negative effect this week!
